Delivery

Most bluemilk products are made-to-order. Orders are usually sent out within 3-5 working days after receipt of order and payment, but some items may take slightly longer. If an item is required more urgently please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you quickly. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you via email and give you the option of waiting until the item is available, choosing an alternative item or cancelling your order. When you place your order we must receive payment in full before the order can be accepted.

Goods will be sent out in the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on arrival. If you are unable to sign for your delivery please ask for your order to be sent by standard mail. Please note that standard mail cannot be tracked and you will not be covered for loss or non-delivery of your order.

Goods can be delivered within the United Kingdom and Europe but please note that goods sent outside the United Kingdom cannot be tracked for the shipping cost listed and are therefore do not cover you for loss or damage of your item. If you wish your item to be tracked and therefore insured please send an email to check international delivery rates for this service.

Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered and cannot be refunded.

Delivery costs as are follows:

United Kingdom & Europe

Orders up to £50.00 = £3.00

Orders between £50.00 – £75.00 = £4.00

Orders between £75.00 – £100.00 = £6.50

Orders over £100 = £7.50

Greeting Cards £0.70 per card [standard delivery]
